Head of QA Operations

Walker Cole International is searching for a Head of QA Operations to join a cell and gene therapy company based in Oxfordshire. As the Head of QA Operations, you will be instrumental in directing the team and being a subject matter expert (SME) for Quality and Manufacturing Operations.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Lead and manage all quality activities for a GMP manufacturing facility.
• As the Head of QA Operations, you will lead part of the quality assurance team and individual development plans.
• Play a figurehead role in managing regulatory agency inspections from MHRA and FDA.
• Act as a subject matter expert for tech transfers and new facility planning.

The successful candidate:

• Extensive Advanced Therapy and Medicinal Product (ATMP) or biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Quality leadership skills within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology space.
• Experience working within different International markets
