Production Manager

Cole International is searching for a Production Manager to join a pharmaceutical CDMO in the Midlands. Your primary responsibility as Production Manager would be to manage the production of Oral Solid Dose products and operational activities in a GMP environment.

As a Production Manager you will be responsible for:

• Leading production activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing of drug product and secondary manufacturing of clinical supplies.

• Identifying, supporting, coaching, motivating, and helping to develop the skills of a team of 30 FTE, ensuring compliance with training for both new and current staff and therefore establishing a strong team and work culture.

• Ensure robust GMP compliance and represent the business in customer and regulatory audits

• Plan, organise, and deliver production schedules. Monitor productivity, and champion continuous improvement

To be a successful applicant for the Production Manager opportunity, you will have:

• Experience leading or managing a team within a CDMO

• A degree or HND qualified in life sciences or a related field

• Manufacturing experience working in accordance with GMP

• Strong people management and interpersonal skills
