Qualified Person

Walker Cole International is searching for a Qualified Person to join a Pharmaceutical company in Bedfordshire. As a QP you will be named on the site's MIA license and ensure responsibility for GMDP compliance across the business. 

You will be responsible for:

• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide support and guidance ensuring GMDP compliance. 
• Supporting QA leadership in the daily management and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. 
• Participating and leading on GMP and GDP audits/inspections, named as the Qualified Person.
• Working closely with the Responsible Person on site to train and develop junior members of staff. 

The successful candidate will have:

• A Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences
• Extensive experience working in Quality Assurance within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• The Qualified Person (QP) qualification under the provision of the regulatory requirements as described in 2001/83/EC.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, cGDP, MHRA, and EU guidelines.
