Quality Lead

Walker Cole International is currently supporting a Quality Lead position within the pharmaceutical industry.

Your Responsibilities as the Quality Lead will be:

• Line managing a small team of quality staff.
• Monitoring CAPA, deviations & change controls.
• Ensure the team works efficiently and complies with Good manufacturing practices. 
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that materials are understood and compliant with regulatory specifications.

The successful candidate for the Quality Officer position will demonstrate the following:

• Industry experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Working in a Pharmaceutical quality control role previously is desirable.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Degree (or equivalent) in the life sciences.
