Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply

Walker Cole International is partnering Gene Therapy biotechnology company to appoint a Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply. As the Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply, you will be responsible for Manufacturing, MSAT & Supply Operations on a global basis.

Responsibilities:

• Build, and implement world class MSAT process and strategy.
• Recruit, train and manage a Supply Chain and Manufacturing team focused on operational excellence.
• Support all production and distribution activities to develop short and long-term planning across the organisation.
• Build and establish long-term relationships with contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) partners.
• As the Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply, you deliver board level strategy across the Supply Operations function on a global basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Biological Sciences
• Industry experience in biopharmaceutical, ATMPs, Gene Therapy and / or Cell Therapy.
• Extensive experience in Product Supply, External Supply or Manufacturing Operations.
• Previous track record of global product launch would be advantageous.
