About Walker Cole
Launch
Walker Cole International was founded by Andrew Davis, Gary Eldridge, and Christopher Sowden during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our first office was opened in Takeley, UK.
Growth
Within 12 months we successfuly established our Executive Search, Interim and Talent solutions supporting the European Pharmaceutical market. We hired our pioneer team and moved to our flagship offices on Bishopsgate in central London.
Evolution
We appointed Marketa Littlemore to our Board of Directors as Global People Director. Our employee diversity and inclusion has progressed significantly by hiring 10 nationalities and ethic backgrounds.
Global Reach
Following a period of sustained growth, Walker Cole International had completed a wide variety of international mandates. These mandates covered territories including United States, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland and Switzerland.
International Expansion
Walker Cole International appoints Lauren McQuade to the Board of Directors. Lauren is leading our international and US interim solutions expansion.
