Andrew Davis
Managing Director
Andrew is Managing Director at Walker Cole International and has 16 years of experience delivering executive search and talent solutions in the UK, Europe, US and APAC.
His key focus is recruiting for leadership excellence with local, regional, and international remits across the Pharmaceutical, Biologics, and Cell and Gene Therapy sectors.
Before founding Walker Cole International, Andrew specialised in pharmaceutical and professional services executive search for two leading consultancies. He lived and worked internationally, and is currently based at our London headquarters.

Christopher Sowden
Founding Director
Christopher is a director at Walker Cole International, leading the Contingent Talent Recruitment division. He holds a Masters degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford which informs and shapes his client-centric approach to the complex challenges of hiring in the life sciences and pharmaceutical markets.
Christopher’s track record spans recruiting excellence in the Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Research and Development, and Technical Operations areas, where he has experience in both practitioner and leadership roles.
He has led and developed teams of recruiters. Currently, Christopher oversees Walker Cole International’s Graduate Trainee Programme where he uses his scientific expertise and broad experience to assist employee training and development.

Lauren McQuade
Global Director - Contract US & International
Lauren is a Director at Walker Cole International, leading the International division across Europe and the USA. Lauren has significant expertise delivering Permanent and Interim Talent Solutions in the UK, Europe and USA and scaling high performing recruitment teams.
Before joining Walker Cole International, Lauren trained and led teams specialising in Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Operations and Quality Assurance. During her career, Lauren has helped to partner hundreds of Consultants to Pharma, Biotech and Medical Device companies internationally and support clients with entire teams on a project delivery basis.
Before moving into recruitment, Lauren worked in Corporate Services for a recruitment firm for over 3 years where she developed a deep understanding of international contract compliance and the back end of the recruitment process.

Marketa Littlemore
People Director
Marketa is Walker Cole International’s People Director, who leverages over 14 years of experience in the recruitment industry to drive excellence in talent acquisition, training, development, and diversity and inclusion.
“People are what makes businesses great” is Marketa’s mantra, and she has a keen eye for identifying individual excellence, talent development, and organisational change.
Having established a strong track record in recruitment, Marketa moved into a European Talent Acquisition leadership role for a leading recruitment organisation. She has significant experience in developing training programmes and creating value for employees and clients alike.

Gary Eldridge
Founding Director
Gary is one of Walker Cole International’s directors, with over 15 years of experience in both interim recruitment and building high-performing interim recruitment divisions.
His specific experience spans Quality Assurance, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, and Validation, where he has a track record of delivering against challenging international requirements.
Gary’s global network of clients and candidates has allowed him to consistently find the perfect fit when recruiting in regulated markets across the pharmaceutical and life sciences landscape. He also has a keen interest in recruitment-related compliance, with specialist knowledge of IR35 for flexible workforce support.
