R&D Director

Walker Cole International is searching for a R&D Director to join a biopharmaceutical company based in the UK with an excellent global reputation. As the R&D Director, you will lead the evaluation, commercialisation and analytical testing of biopharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and direct product development programmes.
• Drive product development strategies to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• As the R&D Director, you will challenge decision making across the technical operations organisation.
• Design and manage a product development budget to deliver commercially viable biopharmaceutical products and large molecule assets.

Qualifications:

• Masters or PhD in Biological Sciences
• Industry experience in biopharmaceutical, ATMPs and / or Cell Therapy.
• Extensive experience in biopharmaceutical product development.
