Walker Cole International is supporting a UK-based solid oral dose (OSD) pharmaceutical manufacturer in the appointment of an Interim Quality Remediation Consultant.

This is a 3-month, fully on-site contract focused on supporting the delivery of a site-wide quality remediation programme. You will work closely with Quality and Operational teams to implement the remediation plan, strengthen quality systems and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the site's quality remediation plan.
  • Drive remediation activities across the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Review and improve quality processes, procedures and documentation.
  • Support CAPA, deviations, investigations and change control activities.
  • Track remediation actions and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to implement improvements.
  • Support inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Coach and guide teams through remediation and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience delivering quality remediation programmes within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong GMP knowledge, ideally within a solid oral dose (OSD) environment.
  • Experience with QMS improvement, CAPA, deviations, investigations and change control.
  • Experience supporting regulatory inspections and post-inspection remediation.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fully on-site contract role.
