Production Manager

Walker Cole International is searching for a Production Manager to join a global healthcare manufacturing business at their high-volume, regulated production site in Skåne County.

As the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, service, and cost objectives.
• Leading and developing a team of team leaders and operators within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Deploying site strategy within the production unit and aligning operations with broader business goals.
• Leading structured continuous improvement activities focused on OEE, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Supporting product introductions, validation projects, and changes to existing processes.

To be successful as the Production Manager, you will have:

• Degree level education in Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Proven leadership experience within a regulated manufacturing or supply chain environment (e.g. pharmaceuticals, FMCG, healthcare).
• Experience in lean manufacturing, structured problem-solving, and driving performance metrics.
• Fluent English communication skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desirable.
