MSAT Manager

Walker Cole International is searching for a MSAT Manager to join an industry pharmaceutical business in the UK

As the MSAT Manager, you will be responsible for owning of manufacturing processes from process development into GMP.

Your responsibilities as the MSAT Manager will be: 

• Manage tech transfer and validation activities supporting GMP manufacturing
• Establish partnerships internally with cross functional teams (QC, QA, Supply Chain)
• Lead a team of SMEs, providing mentorship and succession planning 
• Act as the key interface between process development and manufacturing 

To be a successful candidate for the MSAT Manager role:

• Minimum Masters or PhD education (Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar)
• Previous industry experience in tech transfer essential 
• Understanding of sterile or biologic manufacturing highly desirable 
• Prior management experience highly desirable
