QA Manager

Walker Cole International is supporting a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer in the search for a Quality Assurance Manager to enhance their on-site Quality function. This position offers the opportunity to lead critical quality processes and ensure ongoing compliance within a regulated GMP environment.

As a QA Manager you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and improving the site Quality Management System to ensure operational compliance.
• Leading regulatory interactions and maintaining inspection readiness across the organisation.
• Embedding strong GMP standards by working closely with operational and technical teams.
• Managing core quality activities, including investigations, supplier oversight, and key quality documentation.

To be successful as a Quality Manager, you will have:

• A degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Extensive experience within a GMP-governed pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK and EU regulatory expectations.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to guide and develop quality personnel.
