QMS PM - Contract

Walker Cole International is currently partnered with a Biopharmaceutical business who is on the trajectory for aggressive growth plans. To support the exceptional increase in workload and plans for growth, we are searching for an oncoming hire of QMS Project Manager for a contract of 6 months initially for 2025.

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Evaluate current QMS through a QMS assessment and gap analysis. Successfully identify gaps and process improvement strategies for the redesign of the system
• Lead development of a new QMS framework to meet industry best practices
• Review, update or create quality policies, work instructions and SOPs accordingly
• Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders and the SLT whilst supporting internal teams and training on best practices for QMS implementation

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

• In depth knowledge and experience of implementation of major QMS, on a global level
• Hands-on experience of Project Managing within QMS functions
• Can-do attitude and eager to learn
• Availability from 2025 onwards

Contract details:

• Start date: 2025 
• Remote
• On-site - non-hybrid role
• £100-120 per hour
• Duration of project: 6 months (with possible extension)
