Quality Manager & QP

Walker Cole International is supporting a Pharmaceutical business based in Hertfordshire with their search for a Quality Manager (QP) In this role you will act as the deputy to Quality Director on site, manage the operational Quality team and act as a QP on the MIA license. 

You will be responsible for:

• Perform QP certification and batch release in full compliance with EU GMP and MHRA standards.
• Liaising closely with the Quality Director to drive and improve strategy for the facility
• Management of a team of QA Officers and Senior QA Officers to ensure cGMP compliance on site. 
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to instil a culture of quality across the site. 

The successful candidate will have:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related life sciences.
• Must be eligible to act as a Qualified Person with the UK MHRA. 
• Strong knowledge of EU GMP, Annex 16, and experience managing inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Previous experience in a leadership capacity, managing small, highly capable teams.
