Senior QA Manager

Walker Cole International is supporting a pharmaceutical partner to appoint a Senior Quality Assurance Manager responsible for leading the site’s Quality function and ensuring GMP compliance across Production and operations.

This is a key leadership role suited to a Quality professional who enjoys driving standards, managing multidisciplinary teams, and supporting a developing site through continued growth.

Responsibilities for the Senior QA Manager

• Lead the QA, QC and R&D teams, ensuring effective day-to-day Quality oversight.
• Promote and enforce GMP practices across operational units.
• Act as SME for GMP, supporting inspections and internal quality event investigations.
• Oversee generation and implementation of GxP documentation, protocols and CAPA activity.

Requirements for the Senior QA Manager

• Relevant industry experience within a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
• Background in Quality and/or Quality Control functions.
• Proven people management or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of deviations, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes.
