Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Walker Cole International is exclusively partnered with a leading European pharmaceutical company based in Wales. They are searching for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to be responsible for QMS oversight whilst deploying the site Quality Strategy across manufacturing and supply operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Performing delegated QP duties, including batch documentation review and product disposition support
• Reviewing and approving quality system documentation, including the Site Master File and manufacturing licence documentation
• Providing expert advice on GMP, GDP, ISO standards, validation and regulatory compliance
• Managing self-inspections, supplier/vendor audits and regulatory inspection readiness
• Overseeing quality incidents, deviations, complaints and CAPAs
• Leading and reporting on the performance of a substantial, diverse quality team
• Supporting global-local alignment across the wider quality model

What you'll bring:

• A Bachelor' degree (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline
• Substantial quality experience to fully competent level, including auditing and regulatory inspection experience
• Experience managing resources in a global, multi-facility, matrix environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Prior experience managing and developing teams
