Qualified Person

Walker Cole International is searching for a Qualified Person to join a Pharmaceutical company in Scotland with on-site manufacturing capabilities. As a QP you will be an integral part of ensuring the batch certification of products prior to market release and ensuring product quality and efficacy. 

You will be responsible for:

• Providing support and guidance on QA activities across the business to ensure continuous improvement of the site.
• Performing Qualified Person's batch release activities for the company's products. 
• Supporting QA leadership in the daily management of the QMS ensuring product compliance. 
• Participating and leading on audits/inspections as the QP.

The successful candidate will have:

• Extensive experience working in Quality Assurance within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Qualified Person (QP) qualification under the provision of the regulatory requirements as described in 2001/83/EC and Eudralex Volume 4 Annex 16.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, MHRA, and EU guidelines. 
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills with a pragmatic quality mindset
