AD/Senior Manager

Walker Cole International is supporting a leading global healthcare organisation in the appointment of an Associate Director – Compliance, a senior leadership role operating at the intersection of regulation, ethics, and commercial decision-making.

This role will define and lead the UK compliance strategy across a diverse portfolio, including prescription medicines and OTC medicines.

You will play a key role in embedding a risk-based compliance culture, supporting business growth while ensuring strong governance and regulatory integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement the UK compliance strategy in alignment with global frameworks
• Act as senior compliance partner to Medical, Commercial, Legal, and Leadership teams
• Oversee governance, audits, CAPAs, and compliance reporting (PMCPA, ToV disclosures)
• Provide expert guidance on ABPI, EFPIA, MHRA, UK Bribery Act & FCPA
• Lead compliance processes including HCP engagements, advisory boards, grants and sponsorships
• Drive training strategy and compliance culture across the organisation
• Manage and develop a small compliance team

About you

• Senior compliance experience within pharma or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of ABPI / EFPIA / MHRA frameworks
• Experience managing or mentoring teams
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at a senior level
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
