Compliance Officer

Walker Cole International is searching for a Compliance Officer to join a well-established pharmaceutical business focused on specialty and OTC products.

A Compliance Officer will:

• Serve as primary Compliance Advisor, support development and implementation of company’s compliance strategies
• Lead and assist Compliance forums, governance meetings and cross-functional meetings
• Act as authorised Compliance Signatory, review and approval of all promotional and non-promotional materials
• Oversee management of PMCPA cases, audits and inspections and CAPAs
• Conduct SOPs

A Compliance Officer will bring:

• Strong knowledge of ABPI Code of Practice and MHRA Blue Guide, FCPA and UK Bribery Act
• Great communication skills orally and in written form is essential
• Understanding of compliance systems with broad scientific and medical knowledge and communication
• Previous experience of intercompany dialogue, appeal board attendance or PMCA audit is preferred
• Experience in prescription and/or OTC
